Yachidamo Waterfall Coffee Table 02

A one-off coffee table made in our Niseko workshop from Japanese ash, known locally as yachidamo. The timber came from the same locally felled Kutchan tree as Table 01.
The natural split, shifting grain and live edges determine the composition. Dark butterfly keys stabilise the timber and form a restrained contrast with the pale ash. This is the exact piece shown.

Care
Wipe spills promptly with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive or harsh cleaning products, and do not leave hot or wet objects directly on the surface. The oiled finish can be refreshed when required.
