Kitchens, Cabinetry & Storage
Bespoke kitchens and fitted cabinetry, designed and built in our Niseko workshop. We work for clients across Hokkaido and beyond, on single bathroom vanities, full residential kitchens, wardrobes, fitted bedroom storage, entertainment units, and one-off built-in pieces.
What we make
- Fitted kitchens. Cabinets, drawer banks, islands, breakfast bars, tall units.
- Bathroom vanities and storage.

- Bookshelves and display cabinets.
- Custom shoe storage and genkan furniture.
- Under-stair and under-eave storage for awkward spaces, fitted to the geometry of the room.
Materials and finish
We work in solid timber, veneer-faced ply, melamine, and mixed-material constructions, chosen to suit the room and the brief. Common timber choices: oak veneer, walnut, mizunara, Melamine on birch ply, MDF. Hardware is Blum or equivalent for soft-close action and long service life.
How a project runs
- Initial enquiry by email or contact form.
- Site visit if you're in the Niseko area, or video call if not, to measure and discuss the brief.
- Drawings and a written specification.
- Written quote.
- 50% deposit to commence production.
- Build in our workshop. Typical lead time 8 to 12 weeks for a kitchen.
- Install on site.
- 50% balance on completion.
Lead time
Lead times move week to week. Worth getting in touch early for kitchens, which take longer than freestanding pieces. We will be honest about whether we can hit your deadline.

A finished kitchen at Nagare House
A complete kitchen for a Niseko home, designed to sit inside the building's original timber frame rather than fight it. Stained-timber cabinetry and a pale ceramic island top set against the blackened posts and beams, with an integrated breakfast bar, full-height storage and concealed appliances.

Bar and hospitality fit-outs
We also build for bars, cafés and restaurants. A recent piece for Bar Gyu+ in Hirafu, a curved bar with a live-edge timber top over a fluted base, hand-shaped in the workshop.
