Danish Paper Cord Bench

A simple, well-made bench built around two things: a strong hardwood frame and a seat that’s genuinely comfortable to use every day. The woven paper cord has a little give, so it feels warmer and softer than a solid timber seat, while still staying supportive.

Each bench is made in our Niseko workshop with clean detailing and careful joinery. It works as dining seating, an entry bench, a hallway bench, or at the end of a bed — a practical piece that sits well in a lot of spaces.

Care

Wipe timber with a soft, dry cloth. For the cord, use a dry brush or vacuum with a soft attachment. Avoid soaking and avoid long periods in direct sunlight.
